63x10 = 630 

There's a thousand,hundred,tens,and ones column, so u put 6 in the tens column because there's 6 tens and the 3 goes in the ones column because there's 3 ones and you times it by 10 which makes the 63,630 so you move the digits one to the left so the six is in the thousand column and the 3 is in the tens column and the 0 is in the ones column because there's 0 ones.
